Thomas Roofing & Restoration was founded in 2005 by Eric Thomas, a lifelong roofer with more than 25 years of experience in roofing and remodeling. Here at Thomas Roofing & Restoration, we pride ourselves on being customer-oriented and community involved. We believe that knowledge and experience give us the best opportunity to serve you. We offer the highest quality customer service, materials, and workmanship.
Thomas Roofing & Restoration is a licensed General Contractor through the State of Arkansas. We are fully insured and bonded. We are capable of handling all your home needs from small repairs to a complete rebuild. We specialize in insurance work, churches, apartments, housing divisions, and other commercial projects.

Eric Thomas is a lifelong roofer with more than 25 years of experience in roofing and remodeling. Mr. Thomas began his career carrying shingles up a ladder for other roofers, so when we say we have the experience.... we mean it!
Eric started Thomas Roofing & Restoration with his customers in mind. He has developed his business to be committed to providing the best job possible start to finish.
Eric has surpassed most roofers by obtaining multiple qualifications from CertainTeed, including Quality Master and Master Shingle Applicator Wizard. He also holds a Residential Builder’s license in the state of Arkansas.
Given Eric’s dedication, it is only natural that the business branched out to provide homeowners with additional home renovation services like installing gutters and siding, remodeling burnt out homes and even room additions.

Lowell began his construction career as a laborer for his father while still in high school. He has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. He has helped build cabins, homes, commercial office buildings, and even the Rifle, Colorado city water tank.
In 2019, Lowell moved to Conway, AR to continue his growth in the industry. He joined ranks with 911 Restoration of Central Arkansas as a Mitigation Technician. During his time there, Lowell obtained his Water Restoration Technician, Applied Science Drying, and Xactimate Level 2 certifications. His dedication to the job, customers, and learning set him apart from the rest. Withing 3 months of employment, he was promoted to Senior Mitigation Technician and Xactimate Estimator.
After working directly with insurance companies, he decided to make the move to the insurance side of the industry. Lowell joined Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company as a Claims Specialist in the Fall of 2020. During his 2 years at the insurance company, he was able to obtain a wealth of knowledge into the operations and claims processes of the insurance industry. He now brings the knowledge of both construction and insurance to our team here at Thomas Roofing & Restoration.
